Our Founder/CEO Monique Blassingame brings over 24 years of comprehensive experience as a professional recruiter, specializing in full-cycle recruitment across diverse sectors, including insurance, manufacturing, digital media, and theme parks. She excels in crafting compelling job postings, conducting thorough resume reviews, and implementing inclusive hiring practices. Monique holds a BSHS in Human Services and she's currently working on her master's degree in counseling psychology from Southern Wesleyan University, which has provided her with a strong foundation in business and human resources.
